Spec Challenge #2
Since the first Spec Challenge went so well and because many wished for a second one soon... well here we go again.
Actually the Skull crawler stuff was rather spontaneous, and not what I had initially in mind when beginning the Spec Challenge.
Movie monsters were pretty down on my list, but well. Kong was incoming and the opportunity too juicy. And as the lots of
entries show interest was definitely there.
This time you will have a little bit more freedom in your choice of form, but less in the choice of phylogeny.

Pelagic Xenarthra challenge
Xenarthra is a diverse group of animal, even more when we consider the extinct taxa.
The clade includes sloths, armadillos and anteaters. In the past they evolved into monsters like
glyptodon or megatheria, but they also occupied and still occupy a vast variety of niches.
